Moment

The Anglican Church of Kenya is one of 11 Gafcon Provinces. In January, five non-Anglican churches were burned down in one week in Kisii County, Western Kenya, by people fiercely opposed to the gospel. We rightly think of Kenya as a Christian majority country, but the threat of violent opposition is growing. 

Prayer

‘My help comes from the Lord, who has made heaven and earth.’ (Psalm 121:2) Creator God and Loving Heavenly Father, protect and strengthen the Body of Christ in the nation of Kenya. Please help those congregations who recently had their churches destroyed. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
