In April 2012 the leaders of the Fellowship of Confessing Anglicans met in London. At the end of their time together they issued a statement setting out what the Scriptures teach to be the gospel – the good news of Jesus Christ. This statement expresses the Truth as taught throughout the last 2,000 years as authentic historic, orthodox Christian faith and which is contained in the Creeds and Articles of the Religion of the Anglican Communion. These are the truths the GAFCON movement is guarding and proclaiming as unchanging and transforming through biblically faithful preaching and teaching which frees churches to make disciples by clear and certain witness to Jesus Christ in all the world.
